The Legal Aid Agency has amended the forms listed to include a privacy notice which has been created in compliance with the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into force on 25th May.

Although the Legal Aid Agency will continue to process current forms, the Legal Aid Agency encourages legal aid providers to use these revised forms immediately.
