The Financial Proceedings Working Party of the Family Procedure Rule Committee have amended Divorce form DIV_A1 to reflect changes to Part 9 of the Family Procedure Rules which the Family Proceedings (Amendment) Rules 2018 came into force on 4th June.

Due to the implementation of these revised procedures, the amended form now contains bullet point guidance on page 1 which explains the circumstances in which DIV_A1 should be used.
