Last month HM Courts & Tribunals Service amended forms listed to reflect new contact details for the Customer Contact Centre in Scotland.

Form ET from is now made obsolete and will be removed from this range as claimants no longer have to pay a fee to make a claim to the Employment Tribunal.

All forms can be used immediately.
