On 1st April, the new Land Transaction Tax (LTT) replaced Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) on the sale of properties in Wales.

Subscribers to this range are therefore invited to use this new form where LTT is payable on property transactions in Wales (but not England) on and after 1st April.

Form IHT100(ALL) has received a macro amendment.

Both forms can be used immediately.
