Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has amended N461 and N462 to reflect the changes which the Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2018 will bring into force on 6th April in relation to the protection of costs for claims brought under the Aarhus convention.

Subscribers to this range should therefore use these two forms on and after 6th April.
