In March, the UK Border Agency of the Home Office published an amended version of this EEA(PR) form and back dated its use for applications made on and after 22nd January 2018.

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest version of this updated Immigration form EEA(PR).

Forms EEA(FM) and EEA(QP) which have received slight textual amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
