On 7th December, the Government published a policy paper, outlining further changes to the Immigration Rules under section 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971 which can be viewed online at:-

These latest changes to the Immigration Rules were brought into force on 28th December 2017, 1st January and 11th January.

The UK Border Agency of the Home Office amended the TIER1(ENT) form on 11th January which subscribers to this range are now requested to use immediately.

In addition, the UK Border Agency also amended the SET(O) Immigration form on 16th January which should also be used immediately.
