*INFORMATION ONLY-WITHDRAWAL OF THE OBSOLETE CO 34 FORM*

Oyez has withdrawn the Companies 34 form which could be used to file the abridged accounts of a dormant company at Companies House for financial years which began before 1st January 2016.

Since private companies have 9 months to file their accounts at Companies House from the end of their financial year, the 31st December 2016 is the last date Companies form 34 could be applicable.

Oyez has therefore removed Companies 34 which should no longer be used to file accounts after 30th September 2017.
