As of the 30th October 2017, the Land Registry has decided to amend panel 4 of LRAP1 and panel 5 of LRFR1 to clarify that the order of applications must be made clear and it is the responsibility of conveyancers to specify which application has priority.

Although the Land Registry will continue to accept current versions of both LRAP1 and LRFR1, subscribers to this range may prefer to use the latest versions of LRAP1 and LRFR1 for applications submitted on and after 30th October.
