Oyez has added this new BRP(RC) form to this range of Immigration forms after the UK Border Agency released it earlier this month.

BRP(RC) can be used to apply for a replacement biometric residence permit on and after 8th September where the original document has been lost, stolen or damaged or has expired in the case of an applicant who received indefinite leave to remain or by a refugee or someone who has been granted humanitarian protection but they have lost their paper work.

This form can be used immediately.
