Following the amendments which were made to the PSC01-PSC09 forms on EFIS No. 60 in June, Companies House has subsequently requested Oyez to delete the incorrect guidance note concerning "register entry date" on section 2 of PSC08 which conveys the misleading impression that not all companies need to insert this information which Companies House says should actually be completed by all companies.

In addition, Companies House has also requested Oyez to amend PSC01 in respect of the bar code on page 2 of this form.
