Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) has amended Part 4e(iv) of the EAC1 form to include a notice of removal for storage or sale whilst Part 5 has been amended because the Oldham County Court Hearing Centre (CCHC) will close on 31st July and will be replaced by Manchester CCHC.

HCPF120A and HCPF120B are two new forms which HMCTS has created where HCPF120A is used for a witness summons and HCPF120B is the order for a witness summons issued in the High Court.

We have also updated EX107 in accordance with changes to this form which HMCTS made last month.

Finally, please find form HCPF172 which has been updated by HMCTs.
