The Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017 have introduced new arrangements for limited partnerships in Scotland on the 24th July 2017. Therefore Companies House has created a new set of registration forms for Scottish limited partnerships - LP5(s) & LP7(s) to include PSC statements and information.

Both forms can be used immediately.
