Oyez has added a new form INR1_35 to this range in response to requests from customers for a notice under rule 1.35 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 which came into force earlier this year on 6th April.

Further to Efis No. 62 please also find available COMP1, which has received a field amendment on page 1, where a court field has been added.

Finally, COMP1_CC, COMP2, COMP3, COMP4, COMP5, COMP6, COMP7 and COMP8 have all received slight alterations as per customers requests.

All forms can be used immediately.
