SET(M)	Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK and a biometric immigration document		New/Amended
FORM_T	Application for registration as a British citizen by a person who: was born in the UK on or after 1 January 1983, has lived in the UK up to the age of 10		New/Amended
