Companies House (CH) has amended the forms listed above to reflect changes in the light of the EU's 4th Money Laundering Directive which the UK Government will implement on 26th June through the Money Laundering Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017 which repeal and revoke the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.

In particular, CH has amended PSC01-PSC09 to make them capable of being used by all companies and not just those which have chosen to file PSC register information on the central register.

In addition, CH has removed the reference to PSC information from the CS01 Confirmation Statement form which is filed at CH when a new company is formed.

CH has also amended the EH04 form by replacing a reference to filing CS01 with an instruction to file the relevant PSC form(s) instead.

All forms can be used immediately.
