Following the publication on EFIS_48_2017 last month of this new edition of SCPC, subscribers to this range are requested to use a modified version of SCPC.

This latest version of SCPC reflects an amendment to refer to section 19(1A) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1927 in condition 11.3.4 (a) and a reference to the Value Added Tax (Special Provisions) Order 1995 rather than VAT (Special Provisions) Order 1995 in condition A2.5(b) which both appear on page 5 of SCPC.

Commercial conveyancers may therefore prefer to use this latest version of SCPC immediately.
