EFIS 43, April 2017 : Insolvency (2017) Bankruptcy

Following the publication of the new and amended Insolvency Bankruptcy forms on EFIS 40/2017 earlier this month, it subsequently became apparent that the High Court had made an error on page 3 of SD2 by incorporating an incorrect reference to the 1986 Rules in Part A of SD2.

The Court has now supplied Oyez with its amendments to SD2, which we now ask Oyez's customers to use immediately.

Forms affected

SD2 Statutory Demand under section 268(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Debt for Liquidated Sum Payable Immediately. (Rule 10.1) New/Amended
