The Government made the Public Guardian (Fees etc) Regulations 2017 on 29th March which came into force two days later on Saturday, 1st April.

These 2017 Regulations amend the Public Guardian (Fees etc) Regulations 2007 by reducing the fee to register an enduring power of attorney (EPA) or a lasting power of attorney (LPA) from £110 to £82 and the fee for repeating an application to register an LPA from £55 to £41.

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest versions of LP1F, LP1H and the LPA120A which refer to the current fee(s) payable on and after 1st April.

LPA006, LPA007, LPA008, EP3PG and LP2 have also been amended.

All forms can be used immediately.
