EFIS 33, April 2017 : Commonhold
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
In his autumn statement last November, the Chancellor of the Exchequer confirmed that the Land Registry would not be privatised but would instead remain in public ownership.
In order to reinforce their branding position within the public sector, the Land Registry has reinstated the prefix "HM" on all the Commonhold forms.
Although the Land Registry will continue to accept the current versions of these forms indefinitely, practitioners may prefer to use these latest versions for applications made on or after 3rd April.
There were no field amendments to these forms.
