The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has amended the forms listed as a result of changes which the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017 will bring into force on 6th April.

The MoJ has included provision for the applicant to provide details of e-mail addresses for the applicant, respondent and other third parties when known.

The MoJ has also amended the guidance notes to make it clear to court users that HMCTS staff cannot provide legal advice.

Subscribers to this range are requested to use the latest versions of these Children Act forms for applications made on and after 6th April.
