On 21st December 2016, the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) published a notice in Journal 6657 concerning changes to the applications which are filed under the Patent Co-operation Treaty (PCT).

Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest versions of the IPO's Fee Sheets FS2, FS3 and FS4 after the IPO changed the fees payable for different types of applications made through the IPO on 1st January.
