On 3rd November, the Government made a Statement of Changes to the Immigration Rules which came into force on 24th November.

The UK Visas and Immigration Section (UKVI) of the Home Office have amended the following Immigration forms to reflect these latest changes:-

FLR(AF), FLR(BUS), FLR(DL), FLR(M), FLR(O), FLR(FP), FLR(LR), FLR(P), FLR(S), TIER1(ENT), TIER1(GE), TIER1(INV), TIER1(ET), SET(AF), SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(LR), SET(M) and SET(O).

Because transitional provisions under the Immigration Rules enable existing forms to be used for a period of 28 days after amendments have been introduced, Oyez will supply subscribers to this range with all the latest versions of these amended forms before Christmas.
