The Transfer of Functions (Education and Skills Order) 2016 moved certain functions of the Secretaries of State for International Trade, Exiting the European Union and for Energy and Climate Change to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

As a result of this reallocation of Ministerial responsibilities, the Land Registry updated its LRCIT form earlier this month.

Although subscribers to this range may prefer to use the latest version of the amended LRCIT form immediately, the Land Registry will continue to accept the current version indefinitely.

Please also find attached forms AGREE9, CON1, CON5A, CON31, CON34, CON291, CON293 and K10 which have been amended to include field labels.

Also LRTR5_Flexi has received a small field amendment.

All forms can be use immediately.
