EFIS 89, September 2016 : Adoption

The Ministry of Justice has amended Adoption form A58 to identify more types of documents which help to identify an applicant for an adoption order, including a driving licence, where applicable.

Oyez understands that no changes have been made to the guidance notes which accompany A58.

Although the current version of A58 can continue to be used until 2nd October, only the latest version of A58 should be used for adoption applications which are made on and after 3rd October .
