The Ministry of Justice has amended C20 to enable applications for a secure accommodation order to be made under section 119 of the Social Services and Wellbeing Act (Wales) 2014 or under section 25 of the Children Act 1989.

Subscribers to this range are invited to use this latest version of C20 for applications made on and after 30th August.
