Ministry of Justice has recently amended Children Act forms C1, C2, C51, C63, C66, C67, C79 and C100 to include information offering assistance in paying Court fees. The changes relate only to the addition of the help with fees reference box, but the main sections of these forms remain unchanged.

Subscribers to this range are requested to use these forms from the 27th June 2016.
