INFORMATION ONLY - WITHDRAWAL OF OBSOLETE LEGAL AID FORM
The Legal Aid Agency will require applications for criminal legal aid to be made online using an electronic version of CRM14.
Any applications made on paper will be accepted in the Magistrates Court if it is date stamped by the Magistrates Court and signed by the client on or before 3rd July and it is received at the Legal Aid Agency by 5th August.
The Legal Aid Agency has provided resources to assist criminal practitioners to manage this transition to online filing which can be viewed below.

Since subscribers should no longer use Oyez's version of CRM14 for applications made on and after 4th July. CRM14 will be withdrawn on 4th July.
