The Companies (Address of Registered Office) Regulations 2016 make provision regarding applications to change the address of a company's registered office and came into force on 6th April.

Companies House has amended the forms listed to reflect these 2016 Regulations and the introduction of a new register to record details of people with significant control (PSC) of a company.
