You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.

The Trade Mark Regulations 2016 have replaced references to the Office for the Harmonisation of the Internal Market (OHIM) with references to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on 23rd March.

The UK Intellectual Property Office has amended TM3, TM7, TM7F, TM8, TM8N, TM26(I), TM26(O) and TM31R to substitute references to community trade marks (CTMs) with EU trade marks (ETMs).

Since it will no longer be possible to file EU wide trade marks via the UKIPO, the UKIPO has amended the fee sheet FS3 to reflect these procedural changes.

All forms should be used immediately.
