On 30th January, the Land Registry will change its e-mail address from @landregistry.gsi.gov.uk to @landregistry.gov.uk.

If conveyancers do not update their internal systems by 29th February, they will not receive a "bounce back" notice.

As a result of this change, the Land Registry has amended the LRCOG1, LRID1, LRID2, LRRQ and the LRRQ(Co) forms to reflect this change.

Subscribers to this range must only use the latest versions of LRCOG1, LRID1, LRID2, LRRQ and LERQ(Co) from 30th January and not before this date.

Please also find available the LRRX4 which has received a slight field amendment on page 2, section 8, the date field has been made smaller and the field following "in favour of" has been increased and an additional field added to allow more space.
