EFIS 4, January 2016 : Commonhold
You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
On 20th November 2015, the Land Registry announced a change in its policy of posting warning letters of cancellations to its professional customers.
From 11th January 2016, the Land Registry will stop sending such letters to its professional users when they have not fully replied to a requisition within 15 days. Instead, the Land Registry will distribute such letters by e-mail and will no longer specify which requisitions remain outstanding.
The Land Registry has amended LRCM1-LRCM6 to reflect this change in its procedure.
Subscribers to this range are therefore requested to use the latest versions of these six Commonhold forms for applications submitted to the Land Registry on or after 11th January 2016 but not before this date.
