On EFIS No.87 in October 2015, we supplied you with various forms which Companies House had amended to reflect the provisions contained in Parts 7 and 8 and Schedules 3-6 of the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 which came into force on 10th October.

After receiving feedback from its customer base, Companies House has reversed its initial decision to suppress the date of birth of the director of a limited liability partnership.

Companies House has redesigned AR01 to include the full date of birth on a page with a "redacted" bar code.

Companies House will only accept the latest version of AR01 on and after 1st February.

Oyez's customers may therefore prefer to use the revised edition of AR01 now rather than wait until 1st February.

Oyez has also taken this opportunity to make some minor corrections to the IN01, IN01(CONT) and OSCH03 forms which subscribers to this range are requested to use with immediate effect.
