EFIS 110, December 2015 : Legal Aid

The Legal Aid Agency has recently amended form CIVECF1 following the decision of Mr Justice Collins in the case of IS v the Director of Legal Aid Casework and the Lord Chancellor concerning the availability of legal aid in non-inquest cases.

This case has resulted in the Legal Aid Agency issuing revised guidance on 12th November as well as amending CIVECF1.

This form should be used immediately.
