On 29th October, the UK Visas and Immigration Section (UKVI) of the Home Office announced the Government's intention to amend the Immigration Rules on 19th November.
In particular, the UKVI confirmed that changes would be introduced on 19th November to certain aspects of asylum, settlement, family life and TIER 1 (Exceptional Talent) of the points-based system.
More detailed information can be located on the Government's website at:-
www.gov.uk/government/news/immigration-rules-changes
The UKVI has amended the following Immigration forms as a result of these latest changes which are listed below for ease of reference:
FLR(M), FLR(FP), SET(AF), SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(LR), SET(M), SET(O) and SET(P), and the TIER1(Entrepreneur) forms.
Under the Immigration Rules, existing forms can continue to be used for a maximum of 21 days after changes have been made to the Immigration Rules.
Although we will aim to supply you with these amended forms at the earliest opportunity, the number of forms which the Government has updated means that we may not be in a position to provide you with these amended forms until December.
