On 26th October, Her Majesty's Courts & Tribunal Service (HMCTS) rolled out a new system for applicants to claim an exemption or remission from Court fees and more detailed information can be viewed at: www.gov.uk/help-with-court-fees.

HMCTS has sought to simplify this process by drafting EX160 in plain English.
