Subscribers to this range are invited to use the latest version of form TOC which the UK Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office amended on 28th September.

In addition, the UK Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office also amended the FLR(O) immigration form on 13th October.

Both forms should be used immediately.

Forms affected

FLR(O)	Application for Leave to Remain in the UK in a category not covered by other forms and a biometric immigration document		New/Amended
TOC	Application for a Transfer of Conditions (TOC) and a Biometric Immigration Document by someone who already has Limited Leave to Enter or Remain in the UK		New/Amended
