Companies House has amended the forms listed in accordance with changes to companies filing which Parts 7 and 8 and Schedules 3-6 of the Small Business Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (or SBEE for short) will introduce on 10th October.

In particular, Companies House has amended these forms to reflect the partial suppression of the full date of birth of the company's officers by referring to the month and year of their birth.

In addition, the "consent to act" signature has been replaced by a statement that the person who is named on the forms has consented to act in the capacity stated on the forms.

Subscribers to this range should note that Companies House will only accept these amended forms for applications submitted on or after 10th October as Companies House will not accept the existing versions of these forms after this date.
