Paragraph 2(e) of the Deregulation Act 2015 (Commencement No.3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2015 confirmed that paragraphs 1-3 of Schedule 6 of the Deregulation Act 2015 repealed the Deeds of Arrangement Act 1914 on 1st October

The Land Registry has notified Oyez of the withdrawal of this obsolete Land Charges form K5 because it will no longer be possible to create a deed of arrangement after 1st October.

Subscribers to this range should not use K5 to register a deed of arrangement on and after 1st October.

Please find available CON29(S), LRID1 and LRAS1_Flexi which have received slight field amendments.

All forms can be used immediately.
