The Government has recently introduced changes for people with visas who wish to stay in the UK for more than 6 months.

In future, these applicants must obtain a biometric residence permit on arrival in the UK.

As a result of these latest changes to the Immigration Rules, the UK Visas and Immigration section of the Home Office amended the TIER1(ET), TIER1(ET)REG, TIER1(ENT) and TIER1(GE) forms on 14th August.

Although the transitional provisions in the Immigration Rules may enable subscribers to use the existing versions of these TIER forms for a maximum period of 21 days after 14th August, we will aim to supply you with these revised forms by the end of August.
