Due to operational difficulties caused by scanning applications which have been completed by hand but which raise legibility issues, the Land Registry has added a statement to make it clear that any parts of the forms listed which are not typed should be completed in black ink and in block capitals.

Although the Land Registry will continue to accept the current versions of these forms indefinitely, practitioners may prefer to use these latest versions from 3rd August.
