Following a relocation of its office from one address in Glasgow to another, the Court Funds Office has amended the contact details which appear on forms CFO100, CFO200 and CF0201.

These forms have however been removed from the Civil Procedure range and appear in a range called Court Funds Office. If you wish to subscribe to this range, please contact our support team on 08450 17 55 17.

Please find available form N242A which has received a field amendment. For CMS users, this will not effect any field ID's or labels.

This form can be used immediately.
