On 3rd February, the Minister for Immigration announced the Government's intention to increase the fees payable for certain applications on 6th April.

The UK Border Agency has indicated that the following immigration forms will be amended to reflect these increased fees:-
AN, FLR(BUS), FLR(LR), FLR(M), FLR(O), FLR(P), FLR TIER1(HSMP), NTL, SET(BUS), SET(DV), SET(F), SET(LR), SET(M), SET(O), SET(P), TD112, TIER1(GE) and TOC.
Until we can supply you with the amended forms, immigration practitioners should check which fees are payable on or after 6th April and submit the correct payment to the UK Border Agency. Although existing versions of these forms will be accepted until 27th April, we understand that the correct fee must be paid when submitting the current forms.
In addition, the Immigration (European Economic Area) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 were laid before Parliament on 16th March and also came into force on 6th April. The British Nationality (General)(Amendment) Regulations 2015 were made on 16th March and regulation 1(1) brought these Regulations into force "...at the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which they are made."
We will supply you with the amended forms in due course.
