Pursuant to the information which we supplied to you on EFIS No.108/2014 in December, we are now in a position to provide you with the latest versions of the forms listed which the Land Registry has updated.

The Land Registry has amended the side note to panel 6 on the LRDB form to clarify that all registered proprietors must join in the application to the Land Registry.

The Land Registry has also amended the side note to the "execution" panel on LRAS1, LRAS3, LRTP1, LRTP2, LRTR1, LRTR2 and LRTR5 to clarify that where the "declaration of trust" has been completed, the transferees must execute the transfer.

The Land Registry will continue to process current versions of these forms indefinitely but practitioners may prefer to use the amended forms immediately.

Finally, LRRX1_Flexi has received a minor field amendment and can also be used immediately.

LRTP1-Flexi , LRTP2-Flexi , LRTR1-Flexi , LRTR2-Flexi and LRTR5-Flexi forms have not received the above amendments to the side notes as they are no longer editorially updated. However, the Land Registry will continue to accept existing versions of all these forms indefinitely.

For more than 2 years Oyezforms Version 9 has been in an 'extended support phase '. During this time there has been no further development of version 9 and all new features are added to Version 10 only.
