On 14th January, the Land Registry changed the address to which practitioners should send their completed Agricultural Credits and Land Charges forms.
As a result the Land Registry has amended the address found on forms AC6, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, K11, K12, K13, K15, K16, K19, K20 and LRPN1 to refer to the new address of PO Box 292, Plymouth PL5 9BY.
The Land Registry has put a Royal Mail redirection in place so that any forms sent to the current address will be forwarded to the new address until the end of August.
However, subscribers should note that the Land Registry will continue to accept existing versions of all these forms.
We will notify you again once the Land Registry have confirmed the changes to these forms.
