Subscribers to this range are requested to use these latest versions of the Family Law Act 1996 forms after the Ministry of Justice amended them in November to refer to the solicitor's fee account number.

FL418 and FL422 were amended earlier this year to refer to the new Family Court.

Although we understand that the current forms will continue to be accepted, practitioners may prefer to use the revised forms immediately.
