INFORMATION ONLY - NO FORMS TO UPDATE

The Land Registry has advised us of its intention to make a minor alteration to the side notes on the Land Registry's LRAS1, LRAS3, LRDB, LRTP1, LRTP2, LRTR1, LRTR2 and LRTR5 forms.

In addition, we understand that the Land Registry intends to update LRID1 and LRID2 to refer to members of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) which was recently approved as a regulator of legal services.

Although we understand that the Land Registry intends to amend the LRAS1, LRAS3, LRDB, LRTP1, LRTP2, LRTR1, LRTR2 and LRTR5 forms before Christmas, LRID1 and LRID2 may not be released until January.

Due to the lack of notice from the Land Registry and the forthcoming break over the festive period, we will not be in a position to provide you with these amended forms until January.

However, subscribers should note that the Land Registry will continue to accept existing versions of all these forms for an indefinite period.

We will contact you again in the new year when the Land Registry has confirmed the changes to these forms.
