EFIS 105, December 2014 : Immigration - Applications

Pursuant to the information which we supplied to you on EFIS No. 102/2014, we are now in a position to provide you with the amended immigration forms which the United Kingdom Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office updated on 6th November in accordance with a Ministerial Statement of changes to the Immigration Rules which was announced in Parliament on 16th October.

Subscribers to this range are advised to use these amended forms immediately.

Although the UKVI amended the guidance notes which accompany the SET(F), SET(M), NTL and TOC forms the current versions of all five of these immigration forms have not changed and should continue to be used.

On 1st December, the Government changed the requirements for airside and landside transit visas. The United Kingdom Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office amended the TIER1(GENERAL), TIER1(ET)REG and TIER1(GE) forms to reflect these latest changes.

We are unlikely to be in a position to provide you with these amended forms until the New Year.

FLR(M) Application for an Extension of Stay in the UK as the Partner of a Person Present and Settled in the UK or as a Partner of a Person with Refugee Leave or Humanitarian Protection and for a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
FLR(O) Application for Leave to Remain in the UK in a category not covered by other forms and a biometric immigration document New/Amended
SET(O) Application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK in one of the categories listed in this form and a biometric immigration document New/Amended
FLR(FP) Application for Leave to Remain in the UK on the basis of your family life as a Partner or Parent or on the basis of your private life in the UK and for a Biometric Immigration Document New/Amended
