You must login to download the contents of this EFIS.
As a result of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, the existing forms SCFORM1, SCFORM2 and SCFORM3 have been replaced by one application form, the new AF Form of Application for Registration which must be used from the 8th December onwards .
This new AF form also includes a page to list the submitted deeds which replaces existing form SCFORM4.
SCFORM5 has been replaced by the new RC form which is an application relating to a Caveat.
SCFORM9 is being replaced by the new ILR form which is used to notify an inaccuracy in the Land Register.
Although the new ILR form will not be mandatory because requests for rectifications can come in any format, the Registers of Scotland recommend practitioners to use ILR as it provides useful guidance as to the information which the Keeper will need to make a decision on rectification.
Forms SCFORM1, SCFORM2, SCFORM3, SCFORM4, SCFORM5 and SCFORM9 have been withdrawn from this range.
Forms SCFORM10, SCFORM11, SCFORM12, SCFORM13, SCFORM14, SCFORMP16 and SCFORMP17 have also been withdrawn as all reports should now be done online.
Forms SCFORM15 and ID have also been withdrawn.
The existing SAF, SAF_CONT and C&S1 forms remain unchanged and should continue to be used.
All five of these new forms should only be used in applications submitted on or after 8th December.
