On 16th October, the Immigration and Security Minister released a written statement in the House of Commons which announced changes to the Immigration Rules.
Reforms to the Immigration appeals system contained in the Immigration Act 2014 were phased in from 20th October.
Other amendments to the Immigration Rules were implemented on 6th November when the United Kingdom Visas and Immigration Section of the Home Office amended the following Immigration forms:- FLR(AF), FLR(FP), FLR(M) and FLR(O).
In addition, it is possible that the UKVI may also amend the SET(F), SET(M), SET(O), NTL, TIER1(ET)REG and TOC forms but all these details will be confirmed on a subsequent EFIS when all these amended forms are distributed to you.
